DATE : Open from May 27 to September 16. Our family straw hut village of Donoratico is set on the Tuscan coast of Italy between Livorno and Piombino facing the picturesque Isle of Elba. This is a beautiful region of gentle hills and vineyards, majestic vistas and mellow Renaissance towns which create an unforgettable classical atmosphere. Donoratico is a delightful village shaded by a 60-acre grove of juniper, oak and pine trees stretching down to the sea. The extensive beach is much loved by children who are more than welcome at Mini Club from 4 years old. Depending on their age, the little ones can choose from a multitude of activities including tennis, sailing and circus school. When the children are happy the parents are happy and a variety of sports are available for the older generation including sailing, kayaks, tennis, bike rides and archery. You can of course take time out of the village life to visit the artistic treasures of nearby Florence, Pisa and Sienna.
